Students work hard participating in class instruction and completing class assignments. The level of intensity has increased for students AND parents since we started remote learning. Our "Brain Breaks" workshop will offer insight and strategies to help our children destress, create balance, and maintain good mental, emotional health while being remote learners. Parents can pick up some helpful tips for themselves, too!
